Ski fitness app

Choose a ski fitness app for the job you need it to do.

A ski-prep app does not need to do everything. The useful choice depends on whether you need a pre-season plan, guided workouts, workout tracking, technique feedback, or training context.

Five kinds of ski fitness apps

Pre-season preparation and planning

This category fits when you want to train for ski season and shape the week around your goal, time, training, and recovery. This is where SlopeReady fits.

Guided workout libraries

Choose this type of app when you mainly want follow-along videos or fixed sessions. SlopeReady creates training suggestions and plans, but it is not a video workout library.

Workout tracking

Use a tracker when you want to record, start, or stop sessions and see live data. SlopeReady does not record workouts.

On-mountain technique

Apps in this category help with analysis or feedback while skiing. SlopeReady does not analyse technique on the mountain or track live GPS.

General readiness

Readiness apps help interpret recovery and load. SlopeReady uses available Apple Health context to plan and review ski preparation, not to treat one score as a verdict.
