Your training data reaches SlopeReady through Apple Health.

SlopeReady connects directly to Apple Health on your iPhone. Your Apple Watch or other apps can contribute data there; SlopeReady reads only the categories you allow.

How the data paths work

Apple Health on iPhone

This is the direct connection. You choose the Apple Health categories SlopeReady can read.

Apple Watch

Your Watch remains the recorder. Its workouts and signals reach your iPhone through Apple Health, where SlopeReady can read them.

Other apps and devices

Data can be available when its source writes it to Apple Health and you allow SlopeReady to read that category.

No direct account connections

SlopeReady does not connect directly to Garmin, COROS, Strava, Oura, or WHOOP accounts. If a service writes data to Apple Health, SlopeReady can read the categories you allow there. Data kept only in that service’s app is not available to SlopeReady.

What SlopeReady can use from Apple Health

Based on the permissions you grant and the data actually present in Apple Health, SlopeReady can use:

Coverage differs by source and category. A device may write sleep, for example, but not HRV or workouts. Missing data remains missing for SlopeReady.
